- How much does a videochat cost?
It's absolutely free, as long as you participate in an open chat session. A corresponding fee is charged only during a Private chat/show.
- What is a private show?
A Private Chat/Show is where you are able to enjoy speaking with the model of your choice in a one on one setting, without any other members in the room. You will also be able to live out your fantasies with the model performing a show for you based on personal tastes and preferences. Most models will do pretty much anything you ask them to, but this is up to the individual model and in line with the terms and conditions you agreed to upon signing up for this site.
- How much is a private show?
The models set their own rates for a private show. Prior to joining a private chat room you will be presented with a page which shows your chosen model's per minute rate in US Dollars.
- How do I participate in a private show?
First, you must be in a model's room then click on the button labeled "Launch Private Show".
- How far will the Cams2Chat models go?
Most models will do pretty much anything you ask them to, but this is up to the individual model and in line with the terms and conditions you agreed to upon signing up for this site.
There are no restrictions on behavior as long as the model is willing; most are open-minded, friendly, fun loving and always willing to please if approached in a nice manner so as not to offend them.
- What equipment will I need?
Most new PCs with internet access will be fine. However, we have configured our service for Pentium-class machines running on Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, a 56kb modem connection and 1024x768 screen resolution. A minimum of 56kb modem connection is recommended for best quality videochat.
- If I can't see the video, what can I do?
The following is a list of the things you can check:
- Maybe the chat host is having problems with their video? In the text chat area, ask if others have a problem seeing the video.
- In order to see live streaming video in your browser you must have java enabled. You will need to consult your browser documentation of help screens to ensure this option is turned on.
- Why does the sound keep breaking up?
It's probably a bandwidth issue, either on the viewer's side or on the chat host's side.
- How can I improve my video reception?
You should consider muting the sound to improve the frame rate of your video.
- How can I review my account?
Your account history can be accessed by going to "view account details". Please note that times/dates of billing are +8 hours GMT, so remember to add/subtract for your own time zone when checking or querying your billing history. If you have questions about your account, please email accounts@cams2chat.com.
- How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email cancellation notice to clientservices@cams2chat.com. Cancellation notices must include your username and sent through your email address registered with www.cams2chat.com.
- What about disputed charges?
If any member has a question or complaint about any transaction on their account, please contact us by email, providing details of the dispute or questions, to billing@cams2chat.com within 5 days of the transaction.
